The Meadville YMCA offers child care in the following ways:
- Preschool Child Care for children age 18 months - pre-Kindergarten
- Before/after school care for children in grades K-6
- Babysitting for children age 6 months - 11 years old - for use by members while they work out.

 The Meadville YMCA Child Care can offer your child days filled with a variety of healthy and stimulating experiences designed to build independence, self esteem and school readiness skills.

School Age Child Care
The Meadville YMCA Child Care offers before and after school care for children in grades K-6 provided at each Meadville elementary school. Activities focus on keeping children active and healthy; developing positive self esteem and independence; and incorporating the character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Babysitting - Kid's Zone
This service is provided free to members while they work out.
Children ages 6 months to 11 years will be engaged in a variety of fun activities designed to keep them safe and happy so parents can enjoy their workout. Staff plan weekly themes and include activities such as arts 'n crafts, songs, stories, and games.
