Step Aerobics
An energetic group fitness class incorporating a combination of hand weights, stretch bands, step benches, stability balls, and floor work. Participants determine their own individual intensity by adjusting the height of the step bench, size of hand weights used, and the range of motion for the arms and legs. A variety of routines and movements are used for the step bench, cardio, stability ball, floor movement, stretch and flexibility. Classes are designed to focus on the value of a healthy body and mind through a safe and fun fitness program.

Aerobics
This is a high intensity, high impact form of exericse. It incorporates elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Practicing kickboxing moves can help improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. It's also a great stress reliever!

Active Adults
An exercise program designed to help improve the health and flexibility of older adults. An inactive lifestyle can cause older adults to lose ground in 4 areas that are important for staying healthy and independent: Strength, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility. Participants will use stretch bands, light weights, and rubber balls to increase range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance
