Spinning exercise or studio cycling is not only popular these days - it's an excellent form of fitness.  Cycling helps strengthen your heart; tone your glutes, calves, and thighs in addition to being a great exercise to slim the legs.  The special spinning bicycle has a weighted flywheel in the front making you feel more like you're riding on a real bicycle.
