Tate has over nine years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer specializing in creating plans targeting body fat loss, body sculpting, strength training, endurance, and nutritional guidance.

Using both individual and group training modalities, he offers a wide range of options for personal fitness training.

Work one-on-one with a personal trainer to develop a program designed based on your individual needs and goals.

You will receive a program to follow on your own for four weeks.

Then, every month you will meet with the trainer to re-evaluate where you are, make any necessary changes to your routine and keep you moving towards your fitness goals.
