Meet Our Personal Trainer: Tate!
Hi, my name is Tate! I have over ten years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer specializing in creating plans targeting body fat loss, body sculpting, strength training, endurance, and nutritional guidance. My passion for helping others and a compassionate approach have proven fast and effective methods to coach clients in achieving their desired outcomes at a comfortable pace. Using both individual and group training modalities, I offer a wide range of options for personal fitness training.

- Certifications: AAAISMA Certified Personal Trainer, Associate’s Degree in Business Sport Management, Associate’s Degree in Personal Training, Expert Rating Certified Personal Training, Expert Rating Certified Nutritionist, and Expert Rating Certified CPR
- Specialized Areas: Strength Training, Flexibility, Bodyfat Loss, Muscle Tone, Body Shaping, and Body Building
- Primary Client Type: Senior, Adult, and Youth (Ages 13+) Female and Male Clients
- Main Availability: Monday-Saturday after 9:00am
