Summer Sports Camps
Our week-long summer sports camps are a great way for youth and teens to spend their summer vacation! We have a bevy of sports camps to choose from with flexible dates and times!

Must have at least 10 kids in all camps to be able to run them!
Gymnastics Camp
Gymnastics at the Y is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence in youth. At the Y, gymnastics is taught in a progressive manner by age and skill level developing tumbling skills and use of gymnastics equipment.
Children learn and develop balance, flexibility, strength and tumbling skills on age-appropriate equipment in a fun, open environment.
During camp, participants will be instructed on all events. There will be open gym and recreational activities to balance out the camp experience.
WHAT TO BRING
Everyone should bring t-shirts, shorts, leotards, comfortable shoes. Please also bring water and a light snack if wanted.

Ninja Warrior Camp
Our Ninja Warrior camp challenges boys and girls to develop strength, agility, and discipline in a fun and exciting way. This program incorporates ninja obstacles and gymnastics and conditioning to improve kids’ strength and athleticism.
Our safety-certified instructors guide students to progress through each level by testing them on their newest skills and building confidence inside and out of the gym.

WHAT TO BRING
Everyone should dress in athletic clothing, don’t worry about shoes because we won’t be wearing them. Please also bring water and a light snack if wanted.
